Our Board
Catherine Bacon
CEO and Founder
Cath has over 18 years’ experience working in market access. She has an MSc in Neuroscience and her experience has included working with a wide range of different life science companies, which inspired her to develop market access solutions that address the challenges faced by pharmaceutical companies with small portfolios.
Victoria Wooldridge
COO
Vic has over 12 years’ experience working in commercial leadership, primarily within Market Access and HEOR. As well as providing operational leadership (including contracting, process, policies and compliance) she also manages the extensive FingerPost network.
Steve Hartley
Chair
Steve is a Chartered Accountant with experience sitting on several boards, for both listed and private companies. As Chair, Steve oversees the FingerPost leadership team, ensuring that company strategy, governance and performance remain on track. He provides advice and support, and is involved in decision making, to help secure the long-term sustainable success of the company.

Mel Walker
Global Commercial Strategy Advisor
Dr Mel Walker is a senior life sciences advisor with over 20 years of leadership experience spanning health technology assessment (HTA), market access, evidence generation, pricing, and healthcare strategy. He has held senior roles at Roche, GSK, and Otsuka, establishing and leading HTA and market access organizations at national, European, and global levels.
Lisa Critchley
Finance Strategy Advisor
Lisa worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over a decade before setting up two successive businesses to provide financial support to a wide variety of clients across multiple industries. She brings an incredible wealth of knowledge to the leadership team, including all aspects of financial management, funding and investments and mergers and acquisitions.
Jennie Redstall
Communications Strategy Advisor
Jennie is a communications specialist who has built her career working across multiple sectors including life sciences, technology and education. She works closely with early-stage companies to develop compelling communication materials, and previously ran the startup programme at a life sciences venture builder.

Sreeram Ramagopalan
VP Early Commercial Strategy
Ram has held senior leadership positions at major pharmaceutical companies where he led teams developing market access strategies for the blockbuster oncology treatments, spearheaded innovative outcomes-based agreements for rare disease assets, and leveraged strategic evidence generation to drive market share and revenue growth.
Ram maintains active involvement in shaping industry practices through collaborations with HTA agencies like NICE and regularly contributes to the Journal of Comparative Effectiveness Research on HTA and Real World Evidence.
Nicole Drake Boven
Senior Director, Fieldwork Centre of Excellence
Nicole has over 18 years of pharmaceutical market research experience, including pricing and Market Access.
She started her career in the US then expanded to cover European and Global markets, working on both the client and agency sides. She is responsible for developing FingerPost’s primary research policies and processes and providing direction on primary research elements of projects we undertake.
Michael Malecki
US Launch Strategy Advisor
Michael specialises in US Market Access and Pricing Strategy. His expertise in navigating the complex US payer landscape is well recognized and his analytical acumen is rooted in an in-depth understanding of principal-agent dynamics in healthcare, a focus sharpened during his tenure at Decision Resources Group.
Michael holds a Ph.D. in Biological Chemistry and Molecular Pharmacology from Harvard Medical School and has worked in various leadership roles in industry, including leading the commercial strategy at Blue Note Therapeutics and significant roles within Amgen’s Value & Access and Regulatory Policy teams.

Luca Dellamano
Director
Luca has nearly 20 years’ experience working in strategic pricing, reimbursement and market access. He began his career working on translating medical and HTA documents before progressing to carrying out secondary research, interviews and analyses. He has fantastic global knowledge – in particular relating to Europe – and is a multilingual team member, speaking Italian, English and German and having lived and worked in Italy and Switzerland before moving to the UK.
Morgan Stucki
Senior Consultant
Morgan’s background is in pricing, forecasting and Market Access, underpinned by a first class BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Manchester, which included spending a year in industry gaining hand-on lab experience. She has built up experience working on wide-ranging projects, covering new methodologies, geographies and disease areas.
Ju-Mei (Mable) Yen
Analyst
Mable graduated in 2024 with a degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Manchester. Mable has built up valuable hands-on experience in the healthcare sector, working both in care home settings and on lab-based research. Her experience working directly with patients sparked her interest in how to expedite new, better treatments for dementia. Mable is a native Mandarin Chinese speaker.
